Scope of Work
With roughly 391,000 sq. ft., OhioHealth Women’s Center is designed to care for women and their families by providing advanced maternity and neonatal intensive care services. It will become one of the leading facilities of its type in the country.
According to OhioHealth, “as maternity volume at Riverside Methodist continues to grow, building a designated comprehensive women’s center is as much an opportunity as it is a necessity.”
This project includes:
- Inpatient and outpatient care (185 inpatient beds)
- Labor, delivery, recovery rooms
- C-section
- High risk obstetrics
- GYN/Breast surgery
- NICU
- Post-partum
- Over 150,000 sq. ft. of comprehensive and complementary ambulatory programming that brings together primary care, specialty care and support services
Mid-City will be installing all electrical components, including medium voltage gear, low voltage distribution systems, lighting, and fire alarm system.
